You may collect your badge at the registration desk located the registration desk on the first floor of the hotel from 9:00 a.m. on Monday onwards.
Badges will be issued upon presentation of a QR CODE, which will be sent by email to each attendee individually. You can also easily find your QR Code in the IPOS 2026 APP.
Please wear your badge visibly at all times, as it is required to access all congress areas.

Posters
Poster panels will be located in the poster area of the congress. Posters can be mounted on the first day of the Congress and must be removed on the last day. Any posters not removed by the end of the Congress will be discarded.
The size of the poster is A0 in vertical format (NO landscape). Please print it in paper, do not bring a fabric poster as it will not stick to the panel.
The poster reference number will be indicated in the poster panel.
Presenter Ready Room
Presentation submission
The speakers (both invited lectures and oral presentations) must submit their presentation to the Ready Room technician in advance, ideally on the day before their session MR 01 (Level E).
The Ready Room will be located next to the registration area and will be open during the following hours:

Welcome cocktail
Access is included in registration fee.
After the welcome opening ceremony, at the venue itself, a welcome cocktail will be offered at the Exhibition & Poster area. A moment to enjoy and interact with colleagues and other attendees in a more relaxed environment.
Networking event
Ticket not included in the registration fee. To participate in the networking event, you can purchase a ticket through the Technical Secretariat by sending an email to ipos2026@bcocongresos.com.
